The Atelier Experience

Standard sizing doesn't always fit the way your space calls for. Our Atelier service brings made-to-measure precision to your duvet covers, pillowcases, and bed sheets, tailored to your exact color and dimension needs.

Scope of Customization

• Fitted Bedsheets: Custom length and width, plus custom pocket depth (up to 30 cm or more) for deep mattresses.

• Flat Bedsheets & Pillowcases: Bespoke dimensions and custom color palette swaps.

• Duvet Covers: Custom sizing beyond our standard 150×200 cm fixed dimensions to accommodate international sizing or oversized inserts.

How It Works

1. Select your required customization tier below and add it to your cart alongside your chosen bedding set.

2. Submit your exact dimensions or color specifications in the order notes (or via email to our support team).

3. Our team will review your specifications and send written confirmation before production starts.

Timeline & Production

• Design & Confirmation: 2–3 business days.

• Custom Production: 3–5 working days.

• Please allow 5–8 extra business days on top of standard fulfillment times.

Terms & Care

• Final Sale: All bespoke items are crafted to order and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Modifications: Changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.

• Handmade Tolerance: A variance margin of ±2 cm is standard for custom artisanal tailoring.

• Care Instructions: Do not dry at high temperatures to protect custom fabric integrity.
