The ResMed Mirage Quattro is a full face CPAP mask for sleep apnoea therapy. Its triangle-shaped interface covers both the nose and mouth, allowing the user to breathe through either, a benefit for mouth breathers and for those who find it difficult to breathe against higher CPAP pressures. The Mirage Quattro is equally suited to bi-level (BiPAP) therapy, where two different pressure settings are used for inhalation and exhalation.
The MicroFit dial offers a choice of 24 forehead support positions to suit individual facial structures, while the Spring Air dual-wall cushion accommodates movement during sleep and provides an effective seal even with jaw drop. Vent holes and a built-in anti-asphyxia valve allow the wearer to continue breathing fresh air should airflow to the mask ever be impeded.
